Assignors - Referee Module Overview

The referee module offers a variety of tools available to the Assignor/Assigning Organization to access, manage, and assign their referee pool. 

Instructions:

Referee Module

  • Access and Manage your Referee Profiles
  • View and manage Referee Availability
  • Manage approved referee match positions
  • Assign matches to referees using the provided assigning tools
  • Search and request access to assign an event
  • Generate referee payouts for specific events

Referee Profiles

  • Add Referees to your Assigning Organization
  • Manage and Upload Referees to your Assigning Pool
  • Search for Existing Referees listed in the GotSport Platform
  • View and Sync Referee Certifications via the USSF Learning Center
  • Manage Availability and Blackouts for Referees in your organization

Assigning

  • Assigning - Calendar
    • The Assigning Calendar displays all events that the user has been approved to assign.
    • Filter out specific events using the Calendar drop-down
    • Select an event from the Calendar to be redirected to the Assigning tools
  • Assigning - Events
    • View list of Approved, Requested, and Past approved events to assign
  • Assigning - Events - Search Events
    • Search and Request Access to Assign events
  • Assigning - Match Chart
    • The Match Chart assigning method allows the Assignor to place desired officials onto match positions. This tool is recommended for the initial bulk placement of referees. 
    • Filter specific events using the
      • Event Filter
      • Date text box option
      • Specific Venue
      • Assignment Report - View assignments offered and accepted by each event official for that day, and for the past 60 days.

Assigning - Match List
    • The Match List offers the Assignor a detailed view of their approved matches
    • Filter out specific events using the fields provided
    • View specific matches using specific filter options
    • Place Referees onto Match Positions using the "Assign" function 
    • View details on match changes using the "View Change Log" option
    • "Generate Payouts" for individual matches, or matches in bulk
    • Export Match(es) schedule with listed officials using the "Download:Export" capability
  • Assigning - Detail
    • The "Detail" assigning tool provides a fine tuning tool when placing referees onto match positions
    • Filter out specific events using the "Event" and "Date" filter
    • Drag and Drop Referees onto match positions
    • Expand and Collapse Venues and Fields for a more detailed assigning experience 

Match Assignments

  • Filter specific Referee match assignments using the provided fields
    • First/Last Name filter Capability
    • Date Range selection to narrow match assignment report
    • Specific Match Number Filtering
    • Offered Status on Match position filter
    • Published/Unpublished match assignment 

Payouts

  • Payout Report
    • View a report of all generated payouts for your organization referee pool
    • Narrow report using the provided filter capabilities
    • View specific referee match information on payouts generated
  • Pay Referees
    • A report of all paid referees will be provided under this Payout option
    • Filter specific paid referees using the filter options
