As a Parent - How to Access Your Child's Event Tickets/Credentials on a Mobile Device

This article will demonstrate how users can view their children's tickets/credentials for an upcoming Event on their Mobile Device

 

NOTE*** This article will demonstrate the steps to take for a parent to access their tickets through their child's account. If the tickets were purchased within your account, please see this guide: As a User - How to Access Your Event Tickets 

Instructions

Step 1:

Step 2:

  • Once you're signed in, click on ""View Full Profile" 
  • From there, click the Grey "Account" bar
  • Click "Family" and onto the name of the child who has the tickets within their accounts



Step 3:

  • You will now be looking at your childs profile.
  • Click the Grey "Account" button again
  • Next, click on "Tickets"


 Step 4:

  • Click the ticket icon next to the ticket quantity
  • Click the "View" button with the eyeball icon to show an individual ticket.
  • Or, click "Print All" to print the tickets in bulk
