As Club Admin - How to View Coaching Conflicts During Self-Scheduling
Club Admins will now have the ability to see Coaching Conflicts while self-scheduling their matches. Coaching conflicts occur when a single coach is inadvertently scheduled to be present at multiple matches taking place at the same time
Step 1:
- From your Club Dashboard, click Scheduling > As Participant

Step 2:
- Click "Self-Scheduling" next to the event you're wanting to schedule matches for
NOTE*** If you see "Match Chart" instead of "Self-Scheduling", that means that Self-Scheduling is not enabled. You will need to speak to the Event Director for further guidance
Step 3:
- Click onto the date to find the matches that are unscheduled.

Step 4:
- Schedule the matches by dragging and dropping them to the appropriate field and time
- Support Article: As Club Admin - How to Self-Schedule or Edit a Game
- Once the matches are on the grid, click the "Coaching Conflicts" button at the top of the page.
Step 5:
- Select "All" or by a Specific Coach
-
Only primary coaches will appear in the drop down list. If a team does not have a primary coach within the event roster, no coach will appear.
-
- Once you've selected the Coach, you'll see any coaching conflicts on the right side
- You'll see the Match Number, match time, opponent, venue, and the amount of time overlapping between the two matches.
The fraction next to the coaches name will tell the number of conflicts against the total teams the coach is coaching in the league on that day
In the below example, there is ONE conflict out of TWO total games that day
The only coaches who will appear in the drop down list are the primary coaches of both teams in which the scheduler can schedule, AND any other games the same primary coaches are coaching on the same day on the same event.
Step 6:
- Adjust the matches accordingly and the text will change from red to black when there is no longer a conflict
