As Club Admin - How to Bulk Clone Rosters within Roster Builder
This article walks Club Admins through using the Bulk Clone Rosters feature in Roster Builder to copy team rosters into an event roster, saving time when building rosters for multiple teams for an event.
Instructions:
Step 1:

From your Admin Dashboard, click Club Management > Roster Builder
- Select your event from the Dropdown Menu


Step 2:
- Within Roster Builder, click the "Actions" button, then click "Bulk Clone Rosters"

Step 3:

A new modal will appear. Select either "Current Team Roster" if you wish to clone from your Team Members list
- Or, you can select a roster from a previous event.
- Click "Clone"


Step 4:

The system will begin to clone the rosters and you will see a green successful banner once completed.
- Once completed, click "Finish"


Step 5:

Upon success, you'll see the rosters are now cloned successfully within Roster Builder
