# As An Admin - How To Add a Coach/Manager To A Club(Beta View)
Step 1:
- In your club account, click on **Club Management** and then **Coaches**.
Step 2:
- Select "**Alternative View**"
Step 3:
- Click The Add Coach Button
Step 4:
- Input The Coach's Email Address And Click Search
Step 5:
- From there, the system will or will not recognize if that email address is already found. If it is, please, click request role approval next to the proper profile, and if system does not recognize it, you will be able to insert the coach's information to create a profile.
Observation: To add a manager, the steps are the same, with exception that instead of clicking club management \> coaches, you will click club management \> managers.
