As an Admin - Add a Club Role with USYS NL Affiliation for Coaches or Managers

Instructions

• Option 1: Add Role for Existing Coach

  • If you need to add the NL P1 Direct Role to a coach/manager who is already in your club, use this option
• Option 2: Add Role for New Coach
  • If you need to add the NL P1 Direct Role to a coach/manager who does not already have a role in your club, use this option

Step 1: Add Role for Existing Coach/Manager - Option 1

• Club Management > Coaches (or Managers if updating a manager)

Step :

• Use filters as needed to search for the coach

• Search & Select the specific coach

Step 5:

• Click the 'Competitive Level' dropdown

  • Select NL Cub P1 Direct
  • Save

The coach will now be able to see the specific USYS National League Requirements in their dashboard.

Step 1: Add Role for a New coach/manager (Option 2)

• Club Management > Coaches (or Managers if updating a manager)

Step 2:

• Click "Add New" to begin adding a new coach

Step 3:

• Search for the coach using their Email Address, Name, DOB, and Zip

• Add the correct 'Competitive Level' (NL Club P1 Direct) and Add Role

The coach will now be able to see the specific USYS National League Requirements in their dashboard.
