As a parent - How to claim my room

Overview: All reservations are credit card guarantee. Once a team manager has assigned a reservation to a team member, all team members are required to update and add a valid credit card to their reservation to claim their room. **Note this is only for tournaments partnered with GotSport.

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • After the room has been assigned to you by a team manager, you will login to your account and go to the "Booking" tab.

Step 2:

  • Click on "add cards" on the "Pending Bookings" tab.

Step 3:

  • Select Add Card. You will then be prompted to a new page to input your credit card information.
