As a Manager/Coach - How to Book More Hotel Rooms

Team Managers are able to book more rooms from GotSport general inventory into the team order based on availability. Team Managers can add more rooms to the block or to individual parents. This article will demonstrate those steps. 

***Note this is only for tournaments partnered with GotSport.

Step 1:

  • To manage your bookings in your account, click the Bookings tab.

Step 2:

  • Click Manage Team Bookings.

Step 3:

  • Click Manage.

Step 4:

  • Click +Book More next to the rooming group you’d like to add additional rooms to.

Step 5:

  • Add(+) the number of rooms per room night needed.


  • To find a hotel easier, use ctrl +F to search a specific hotel name.
