As a Club Admin - View Players who have Completed a Form and Registered in a Program

Club admins can use the Forms and Requests tab to filter players who have been registered in a specific program in conjunction with signing a specific form. 

Instructions:

Note: Only forms that are submitted to a Governing Body or Parent Organization (US Club, USYS, State Association, Etc.) will populate in this Forms dropdown

Step 1: 

From your club dashboard, select Club Management > Forms and Requests

Step 2:

Once you are within Forms and Requests, filter by both the Progam and the Form that you interested in

Step 3: 

Search and add more filters if needed (player name and/or approval status)
