Instructions
Step 1:

From the club account Dashboard, click on "Programs" and in the drop-down menu in "Programs list"
Step 2:

For the program that is being removed from the list, click on the "Archive" button.
Step 3:

Once you have clicked archive, refresh the page.

The program will be removed from the list. If needed, you can then use the filter for archived programs to see it again as needed:
Step 4:

If the program needs to be unarchived for any reason, you can click on the "Unarchive" button and add it back to the list of active programs
